Senior Credit Risk Manager
The Senior Credit Risk Manager, based in Vienna or London, will be responsible for end to end credit risk management of the Bank’s Retail & SME Loan portfolio.
Design and deliver data driven acquisition, account management & collections strategies
Partner with IT & risk systems teams to execute the strategies in the respective decision engines
Deploy ongoing monitoring of strategies and their impact on overall portfolio performance/profitability
To support potential portfolio acquisition and associated due diligence activity by analyzing risk profile and performance of the loan pool
Work with Enterprise Risk management teams to ensure trends in key group level and externally reported metrics (e.g., Provisions, NPLs, RWAs) are fully articulated by operational and portfolio performance measures
Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support business/risk/regulatory initiatives relating to credit risk strategies
Education to degree level, preferably in a numerate discipline
Programming skills and experience of using SAS/SQL, comfortable working in a hands-on role
Good understanding of retail lending products (Mortgages, Consumer Loans) from a risk/commercial viewpoint
Comfortable delivering results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in one or more European languages advantageous, but not essential

For this position there is a minimum salary based on a collective agreement for full time of € 36.520,68 gross per year. Higher salary depends on experience and professional education.
